Being at the end of the hall on an upper floor, my room was spacious, immaculate, and included many luxury amenities. Unfortunately, the door could open into an adjacent unit which was a bit concerning. The service at the hotel was outstanding, from the car greeters to the restaurant staff; they were attentive and abundant. The location is perfect for Universal Studios with a relaxing boat ride to the parks and CityWalk. The dining experience was good, but make sure to bring the 50% card they give you at check-in. Overall, a great stay with some minor issues.
While the hotel could use some updates and lacks balconies, the staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Though facing a lively bar might not be everyone's preference, the service here is outstanding. The location is unbeatable for Universal Studios visitors, providing a peaceful oasis amidst the amusement park chaos. Dining options are excellent, especially for vegetarian and vegan guests.
